My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room to the club rooms was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, the small balcony and presence of black mold in the bathroom were definite downsides to an otherwise nice room. The service, although mostly up to standard, lacked preparedness for certain inquiries like local recommendations. The location, while offering stunning views overlooking the beach and mountains, was a bit inconvenient being at the top of a hill. The dining experience had its highs with fresh and plentiful dishes but lacked variety, prompting me to dine out on some occasions. The facilities provided were satisfactory, contributing to a decent overall stay.

The hotel needs some serious renovation work, as the rooms we stayed in had various issues like poor air conditioning, broken room safe, and leaking toilet/shower causing wet floors. The gym and game room were too far from the main areas. However, the end-of-season service was overall good with attentive staff, although there were some lapses such as shouting at hard-working employees. The location, despite being at the top of a hill, was decent for exploring the area. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of food options, and the facilities were adequate.
